This manual for intra and external communication provides the framework for effective communication of CIH goals and actions as well as to more successfully manage and coordinate all activities. This manual includes recipients of information, the flow, and means for delivering information, what types of information will be communicated, who communicates, and the frequency of the communications among stakeholders, with a specific focus on external communication.
