Meetings with members of the platform and Info Sessions in 4 regions

Within Community Investment Platform, 4 meetings were held with the members of the Platform, which also served as an Info Session for the Call for Grants to CSOs, which was announced in the same period. The meetings were organized in the period from March 30 to April 1, 2022 in Skopje, Strumica, Debar and Tetovo.

The first part of the meetings focused on topics directly related to the project: the progress of CIP, the functionality of the digital platform, how to promote it, supplementing the platform with useful content and announcing specific Initiatives.

The second part of the meeting served as an Info Session where the Project Manager explained in detail the Call for Grants and all the Annexes and supporting documents needed to complete the application.

We also invited a facilitator who through his presentation helped CSOs to adapt to the needs of their organizations with the call for grants. He also explained the importance of the project management cycle; starting with defining the name of the project, continuing with the goal of the project, defining the results, defining the activities, as well as setting a target group and a proposed project sustainability plan.
