“Professional counseling and mentoring for high school graduates” is a project initiative that offers professional orientation and career development assistance to young and high school graduates from the Tetovo region. This initiative aims to resolve the problem of the huge number of unemployed young people from the region despite the need for workers from private companies, as well as to mitigate the problem of high emigration of young people to Western countries.
